"Excellent care and attention"

At this surgery, as well as the doctors in the practice, there are 2 emergency care practitioners which in my case recently was a great service to have access to.

I burnt my hand and I had to seek medical attention on Friday afternoon.

Within an hour of contacting the surgery I had been booked into see one of those practitioners. Both this doctor and another were once working at the LRI so are very experienced in emergency care.

This care being available avoided a long trip to LRI and then waiting time.

I also recently had a scan and when phoning the surgery to seek the result it was not clear to the person answering the phone about the result.

I was then given a telephone appointment and told a doctor would ring after 2.00 p.m.

As the doctor was able to confirm the results by phone - not bad news - this avoided going to the surgery.
