"Delays at my appointment"

About: Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust

(as the patient),

I turned up today for the compulsory 'depot' (injection) I have to take every other week and was told (again) that the 'depot' wasn't there and was asked to come back at 1pm.

I said I had something to do and might not be back until after 1pm. As it happened I got there roughly 1.10 - 1.20pm and was asked to take a seat. At 1.35pm I was apologised to and told that a lady was coming over to give me the 'depot'.

At 2pm I was apologised to once more and told that the staff where in handover and would be there soon. At 2.25pm the nurse did come to give the injection, she did apologise for the delay.
