"Due care and attention"

We would like to thank the staff of ward 17 Ninewells for the due care and attention shown to my dad/grandad during his time on the ward.   Sadly he passed away however the care and compassion shown to him and his family during this difficult time was fantastic.   The SCN made a point of checking in each day to ensure we were well cared for and the staff were patient, sympathetic and happy to help, all we had to do is ask.   We were kept updated and allowed ample opportunity to ask questions if need be.   In a time when the NHS is constantly under fire the positive aspects should be highlighted. Your doing a good job guys thanks for everything.
