I have had two very hard weeks with a chalazion in my right eye since Aug 17.
I was welcomed very personally, put at ease and the procedure was explained fully.
Both Staff and her assistant were very friendly, understanding and good company.
I believe the procedure was awkward (not as usual).
I was treated with dignity, respect, sympathetically, with care and when required, a sense of humour.
As a soldier of 22 years (born and raised under the MOD) this was nearly my first treatment under the NHS.
I am astounded by the care shown, the absolute professionalism and how both of the attendees treated me.
Consequently, if i did not recommend them, i would be a lesser man.
Kind regards
