"Excellent Patient Care"

I visited the Practice today to discuss with the doctor my ongoing problem with arthritis in my right knee.

After the doctor went into great detail to explain what was causing my pain and also offering me various options and courses of action to take, she rang another doctor and asked if he could possibly give me a steroid injection.

The second doctor very kindly agreed to see me in between his own appointments and gave m the injection.

I was not expecting to get the treatment so quickly and was very pleased with the outcome and the way I had been treated.

Everything is not perfect at the surgery but credit where credit is due and I think sometimes patients should acknowledge the hard work that the Doctors do for them on a daily basis.
