About: Allesley Park Medical Ctr

I went regarding a sensitive subject about me and was only met with patronising tones by several staff, including unhelpful receptionists. I have always been to this doctors but have found in recent times I have not been treated with the respect and help that I deserve. I choose to confide in the medical staff and expect to feel comfortable, but instead I leave feeling more upset and distressed than I was when I went in. I have been treated like a burden and with no genuine care at all.

Thank you for your feedback. I am concerned that you feel we have not treated you with the respect and help that you deserve. We always strive to provide a courteous and professional service to all our patients which includes giving respect and support when it is needed to all our patients.
