"Excellent care"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as a service user),

I underwent surgery today to remove a cataract. The excellent care provided by the nursing staff put me at ease and made my time in hospital as pleasant as possible. Their kind and approachable manner whilst dealing with a busy schedule and confused patients show case the wonderful job our nurses do. I would also like to thank Mr Purdie for his excellent and professional care.
