What I liked

Staff were great, very helpful and lovely. Very clean bays.

What could be improved

While i was there a couple of Nurses quite often spoke together in front of me in another language and I found that quite off-putting, as it made me wonder if they were talking about me and what they were saying.

On day of discharge I was effectively bumped to a cold waiting room to wait for 3 hours for a prescription before I could leave.

Anything else?

After-care is atrocious. Felt I was effectively kicked out with very little information and left to sink or swim. Still waiting on my appointment for 6 week check up and it's been 12 weeks now. I have chased but was told nothing has been arranged yet even though the lady who had her operation on the same day but after me, has had her check up.
