"Absolutely fantastic experience with..."

What I liked

The whole experience was exceptional, no one person ever passed you by without checking if you were ok or if you needed anything, even the ward cleaners were of the same ilk.

And this was before you get to the medical treatment you receive which was also spot on.

You are aware at every stage what is happening and what to expect, and guess what it it happened just so!

I have had both total knee replacements in a space of 4 months and would recommend this

facility to anyone needing their particular treatments.

With regard to Intercare, I would like to bring the staff and managers from my local hospital just to show them how a hospital should be run, because this whilst being specialist is a world apart from the treatment I would have received locally. Not so much the staff as whilst overworked they really do try, but Parking fees on every visit, hours spent in ignoraance in waiting rooms and Admission lounges,

None of this happens at Runcorn, well done Intercare! A great fix to my problems in a pleasant and happy environment

Couldn't have wished for anything else, unless a magic wand had been available

I hope that the centre manages to secure the funding to stay open, the NHS as a whole will be much poorer without this facility and certainly the local area residents will be undermined by its loss.
