I have been going to this surgery literally since I was born and have always had a good experience from initial phone call to leaving my appointment. While at university in a big city, I experienced the alternative: never seeing the same doctor, not being allowed to book routine appointments in advance (only on the day when there's a mad scramble to get an appointment), apathetic staff etc. It was such a relief to come back to the Glebe. They have coped exceptionally well with the sudden influx of patients after Mill Stream closed and continue to manage in a less-than-ideal building that they've clearly outgrown. Thank you to all the staff for putting your patients first despite all the challenges in the background.
