What could be improved

Surgery planned for 2pm, but delayed due to 'emergency' - told it might be cancelled, then taken down at 3.45pm.

Surely a theatre can be reserved for this type of work.

Anything else?

Rang through with a query post surgery - something that could have been looked at with a quick visit (I would have come to the unit) - but was eventually told, rather haughtily, that as I had been discharged I should go back to my GP for another referal. I appreciate how the system works, regarding payments, however this 'specialist nurse' has created more work for everyone and kept me from recieving eye treatment that could (worse case scenario) have a long lasting negative impact on my eye sight.

My GP has been great and refered me back swiftly.
