"A good all round service"

What I liked

Arriving by ambulance I was promptly attended to. The staff worked effeciently and courteously to sort me out. It was encouraging to see that all aspects were attended to not just the immediate concern that brought me there.

I spent several hours there from 11 a.m. un til 6.30 p.m. It would have been nice to have been offered a cup of tea at intervals, but that is really minor and quite low down on my list of priorities. I was just grateful to be seen to, so well

I was able to watch the cleaners at work across the corridor and remarked on the thoroughness of the way they did their job
