"Unbelievably curt, rude and uninterested"

The Receptionists are rude and curt, you can never get an appointment, telephone is now the only way and can never get through, when you do get through the appointment is for 1 week away, they have now started to charge for travel vaccinations, something which we are all entitled to get for free on the NHS and this has never been chargeable in any surgery I've been to previously (Diphtheria, Polio, Tetanus, Hep A I refer to) many Doctors have left evening telling me the real reasons why. We are unable to move surgeries because the others in the area are not taking on any more new patients. If you can help it, please do not use this surgery, go elsewhere.
