What I liked

Very helpful staff from entering the Cardiac Unit at 7:50a.m. to leaving at4:15p.m. Clear explanation of the procedures, before, during, and after the angiogram. The staff put patients at ease in what I assume is a stressful time for the majority of people. The layout of the Unit generally was 1st class, with the Lab. being adjacent to the`ward` - no being trundled along corridors, and kept in suspense for a period of time. How the Health Service is changing!

Well done to all concerned.

What could be improved

Please make it easier for those of us who cannot easily put such long and awkward links into a computer!
