The doctor arrived at the house, spent two minutes with the patient. Said he was going to get the mental health team out as a matter of urgency, that was 5 weeks ago. The pensioner has been admitted twice to hospital in that time, still no call - email - letter or follow up. Poor OAP has been let down again, they even didn’t send her regular medication for over a week but blamed the pharmacy for that. Lack of care or more to the point, no care. Also from the point of meeting the famous secretary’s. The attitude is grumpy, not helpful and they actually try to put you off visiting the surgery with statements “we are very busy at the mo” well so is Nando’s but you still get served.
