What I liked

On the 2oth April,2011 i attended your Aand E after my mother had a fall at home.Your staff and one nursein particular were extremely kind and caring. One nurse even walked out with my mother and waited until I fetched the car. All in all a very satisfying visit to your hospital.

I would like to take this time to thank you for your feedback regarding the treatment your mother received when you attended the Emergency Department here at Stepping Hill Hospital. It is always greatly appreciated when a patient or relative takes the time to pass on their positive feedback about the care they or a loved one has received and furthermore it is lovely to hear that the nurse was very helpful and caring.
