"Poor performance since reorganisation"

Following the reorganisation I was unable to access the online repeat prescription and appointment system. After days of trying to get through on the phone I finally managed to order a repeat prescription. It turns out that my, and presumably everyone else's, profiles on the system had been disabled meaning I needed to go in and get another registration letter.

More recently I've tried to book an appointment online for early evening (I work and cannot attend during working hours). The only appointments offered were in the morning . I phone up, and after many attempts, get through. I ask why I cannot book an evening appointment on line and am told they are all 'embargoed' - what ever that means! So I ask for an appointment with my named doctor only to be told she is no longer there.

The communication coming out of this practice is dire now and I am thinking of registering elsewhere.
