"Minor surgery appointment"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I went to the Fourth Valley Royal Hostpital for a minor op to get an ingrown toenail removed in February 2018. I arrived 15 minutes before my due appointment time at 11am and by chance met David the man who was going to be treating my toe. Instead of having to wait he took me right away. He has removed a toenail sucessfuly from me previously so I knew immediately that I was in good hands. He and his assistant Maureen made me feel completely at ease, were very pleasant and down to earth. Before I knew it the toenail had been successfully removed and didn't feel any pain at all. I was given advice to rest the toe and he took me on wheelchair to the lift.

I am leaving feedback because this is the third time I have had David for an appointment. One for a skin biopsy and two for minor surgery on my toenail. All times have been excellent and have been made to feel at ease every time.
