What could be improved

the hospital is the worst hospital I have had the misfortune to visit the Nursing staff have no inkling of what a patient is admitted for and every time they say we dont know talk to the Doctor invariably the senior Doctors are to busy or not available and the junior Doctors are in A&E or some other inaccessible place.
