I have been a patient at St Luke's surgery as are my family for twelve years. They are in a nutshell fab, yes, you can struggle to get through on the telephone but if you make it clear why a same day appointment is imperative they will move heaven and earth to ensure you are seen. My daughter has complex needs and my elderly father has Alzheimer's they treat both of them with sensitivity, humour and respect. They also care for me in light of their needs too and I really can't thank them enough,
