"Horrendous since merger"

In the 10 years I was with Victoria gate surgery I could not fault them or the lovely staff. Since the merge with black brook it is a catastrophe

And patients will sadly suffer.

After being referred via the hospital for testing due to a reaction to chemical vapours( which in itself was scary) Blackbrook referred me mistakingly to a food intolerance clinic. I waited months for that appointment and expect months more to correct their error.

I called to discuss this and they would not apologise or admit the error, in fact the member of staff at the surgery was especially rude and could do with an update in customer service!

This was not the only 'mistake' this surgery has made with my family but that's another story. I feel like my family and I have had a lucky escape from this circus of a surgery.
