Referral sent by my GP in Jan. Did not hear anything from Bromley Healthcare (BH) after 2 weeks so rang your office to be told that you had no record of my referral. You kindly rang back the same day to say that my referral had been found and was being processed. Heard nothing more so rang BH again 9 days later to be told that my referral had not been accepted and a letter had been sent to my GP.
Had to visit my GP this week to obtain a copy of your letter which incidentally refers to a website that is up for sale!
Today I received a letter from BH dated more than a week ago! providing the same information.
Altogether I think the referral service can only be described as extremely poor leaving me for 4 weeks in extreme discomfort and pain with no end in sight. You may regard my case as low risk but I feel extremely let down by the whole process.
