I contacted Nuclear Medicine on the 12th Feb to find out how long I would be on the list for an appointment and was helpfully told my appointment date and time.
I duly waited for my letter which didn't arrive.
I contacted the hospital Monday and was told they would leave a letter out for me.
On arrival and after the disaster of trying to park I was given a copy of my letter which was sent to an address that I moved out of 11 years + ago.
I can't fault the nursing staff, or the radiographer etc they were helpful and friendly.
I am so appalled that they didn't check the referral from my local hospital to their records.
Had I not have rang I would have missed my appointment.
And for the lack of parking and the state of the car parks and roads can you really justify £10.
People aren't really coming out of choice are they.
