Arrived within appointment time - drop in phlebotomy service at Yew Tree Centre today. Informed could come between 9.30-12.30.

Arrived at 12.10 to be turned away! Dissatisfied with the service. Phlebotomy staff still in the building, message given to me to go to Breeze Hill or Kensington. Please don’t advertise times that can’t be done in future.

Hi,

I am sorry to hear of your problem with the Phlebotomy service however I am afraid this is the GP Practice and we have nothing to do with the phlebotomy service held at Yew Tree Centre.

Please re-direct your complaint to Liverpool Community Health https://www.nhs.uk/Services/trusts/Services/Service/DefaultView.aspx?id=227890.

We would kindly appreciate if you remove your post from our site as we are separate and cannot be held responsible for this, but we do hope you get this sorted.
