I cannot praise the staff enough at the QE11 yesterday when i arrived with a suspected broken or dislocated elbow yesterday afternoon. From, the receptionists, the triage nurses, the radiographer and the nurses who put me in plaster each and everyone was courteous, respectful, efficient and sympathetic. Thank you so much all of you. you are angels x
