Reading the previous reviews I felt moved to respond....

this GP practice is struggling (as most are) to provide a service that both satisfies the capricious requirements of the NHS and the patients, this means getting a routine appointment in the next 7 days may be difficult, but if you need to see a doctor urgently the triage system works well.

Once you get beyond this, the treatment you receive is exemplary, the staff are warm, caring and engaged, and must feel very disheartened at some of the other reviews.
