I recently phoned for an appointment and was put on hold for 18 minutes and then cut off , I then phoned back on hold for another 14 minutes being an asthmatic with a fever the receptionist didn't even apologise for cutting me off .

I will be taking this up further up the ladder why is it receptionist there are so rude and obnoxious

This is why we have to waste ambulances time because the receptionist don't try to get you in the see your GP
