"Never had a problem with the surgery"

Always been with the same surgery and never had any issue (same with my family who are with the surgery also). Took my daughter today for her first immunisations. Went in to the appointment on time, the Dr explained everything as he was went along and reassured me as I was nervous and upset that she was obviously in pain from the needles. At the end of the appointment he again explained how he was happy with her checks and informed us we needed to go make an appointment at the reception. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful, she was more than complementary about our bundle of joy and also helped us to register my partner to the surgery (as he was still registered at his old gp at the other side of town). He was also very happy with the service and to now be a patient at the surgery.
