"Tonsils and adenoids removal"

About: Addenbrooke's Hospital

Positives: 1)the staff were great pre-op.

2) the place was clean.

Negatives: 1) no medication give unless bragged for it constantly.

2) no breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks of any kind given (my child has hypoglycaemia)

3) the bread supplied for making the kids toast... was mouldy!

4) no one actually told me I could make him toast, they just kept telling me that they would bring him some!

5) 3 sick bowls left sitting on the table next to the bed and not removed (infection control)

6) 3 nurses in the space of 6 hours! No wonder non e of them knew he hadn’t eaten and his condition

All In all a very bad experience!!
