My mum was seen as a walk in in A and E on 18/2. She was seen within minutes and treated in majors, then clinical until going on a ward a couple of hours later. She is deaf and each person treating her with respect . All staff were polite, quick in their response and caring. In the 4 days that she was admitted her care was excellent !
