The doctor's at this surgery think they can play God & don't care how a patient is feeling. Being told that I am overweight (which I know) & is a cause for one of my medical problems.
I've had this problem since 2005 where my weight has varied & the problem has still been there. The doctor I saw yesterday 28th November 2017 was extremely rude & was not prepared to listen to my problems. It was their way or no way . The receptionist are all so rude & don't care if I patient comes out crying from seeing the doctor.
"The Dr's & staff are rude and arrogant!"
