"My mothers dignity and rights were taken..."

What I liked

These comments are on behalf of my elderly mother who was an in patient at WHH for over 2 months.

Throughout this time she received poor quality of care. The Consultant responsible was extremely slow to diagnose or refer onto correct service.

The overall lack of communication led to an extremely bad service.

The only service that I can praise is that of the social worker who ensured my mother was discharged at the appropriate time to the appropriate service.

What could be improved

Everything!!
