"Excellent care in A & E"

I was taken to A & E on Saturday afternoon after collapsing at the gym. I was seen very quickly by immensely pleasant and caring staff who kept me constantly informed as to my condition and the tests they were doing. Had very thorough selection of tests and a comprehensive examination by the doctor, who said they would refer me to the angina clinic, and ordered an injection and tablets to cope with my nausea. All this was carried out with great speed and efficiency, despite the department being under considerable pressure. At every stage of the process I knew exactly what was going on, which was very reassuring.
