When i was referred i was seen within two weeks. I had suffered from depression and anxiety for around 4 years but only just started seeking help after serious panic attacks. (The therapist at my university was very unhelpful and made me feel like i was making it all up)
My therapist was very warm and super helpful. Made me realise that was i was going through wasn't my fault and made me realise my self worth.
Didn't judge me and made it easy for me to speak my mind and let all my emotions out which i hadn't done previously.
Although i finished my sessions i was informed that if i ever found myself in a dark place again i could always go back.
Would highly recommend!
