I would like to pass on my thanks to all the medical staff and reception I have been a patient now for around 10 yrs in which time there has been many changes.I agree the surgery is looking a little tired and dated and in need of redecoration but as the practice is in new ownership presumably this will be sorted out soon .Yes we have had a lot of doctors and other medical staff comming and going hopefully things will settle down.

Alll the cutbacks and pressure on our national health hasn't helped any hospital or surgery . I have always been dealt with the utmost respect and professionalism by the past and present medical team, I have found the reception staff always helpful and friendly and

Ive never had a prob!em with getting same day appointments.

So if my only moan is regarding the surgery needing a facelift things can't be to bad !

Thank you so so much for your very kind comments.

Unfortunately not many patients consider sharing a positive experience so this is very much appreciated.

We agree that the premises are in much need of renovation and as such we are in the process of developing a renovation plan with the landlords.

Hopefully when this work is completed, yourself and all visitors will enjoy the new and improved look surgery.

We are very pleased to say that our workforce is now stable and access is certainly improving.

I will pass on your thanks to all staff.
