I looked online and read some of the reviews here before making my appointment and I will admit I was a little worried about the treatment I would be receiving.
I needn't have worried.
The doctor I saw was really helpful.
He made me feel at ease as he asked me general things about myself, e.g. my job, my family etc. Then he started to ask me about my concerns.
He then immediately told me what he was going to do to help me.
He also made sure that I understood what was happening and why.
I really couldn't fault the treatment I had received from all the staff at the clinic yesterday.
