"Poor Service & Attitude from Doctor"

About: Heron GP Practice (Merlyn Vaz Branch)

Well...where do I start! My experience from this particular doctor was very poor from the first visit I had on 28/06/17 @ 5:50pm to recently on the 26/01/18 @ 4:50pm. The main issue I experienced with this doctor was the poor manner and attitude in which they presented themselves from the very beginning to the end of the appointment.

The doc seemed to be disinterested when I was explaining my symptoms, kept on looking up and down at me for no reason whilst they were busy sipping their tea and was also talking back in a slightly rude manner. Apart from the weird behavior, not sure if this is a normal procedure with all docs, but this particular person was very firm when they were examining me. They were pressing down extremely harshly in all of the areas that were hurting the most even when I said 'ouch' and also poked the ear temperature object into my ear quite roughly.

After what seemed like torture, they then prescribed me with strong tablets which later on turned out to be a terrible experience because it gave me such severe stomach pains that I stopping them and went back to my own GP for a further consultation.

Moreover, after the ordeal I still said thank you and bye for which the response I got was just one hand raised up, not even a word, I mean seriously!!
