What I liked

My treatment at A&E on arriving with what turned out to be a ruptured appendix was speedy and professional. I was admitted to Ward 14 within 2 hours and operated on within another 3. Every member of staff who had any dealings with me treated me with respect, care and consideration. Every one of them was a credit to themselves and the hospital. The medical treatment I received was excellent and I never felt concerned, ignored, or that I was just a number. I cannot praise them enough.

What could be improved

Very little, I did feel that the staff were at times rushed off their feet, but that did not detract from the care I received in any way.
