"A mysterious Appointment !"

About: Queen Elizabeth I I Hospital / Neurology

I was last seen at QEll in JULY 2017 and put on four months HOLD with no consoltation - Four months came & went !

I rang Neurology Department 24th January 2018 to query

WHAT WAS HAPPENING - no correspondence - Rang the same Department again on 12th FEBRUARY to be told I had an appointment on 8th February and I did not turn up !

I HAD RECEIVED

NO NOTIFICATION - NO LETTER OF THIS APPOINTMENT - HOW WAS I TO KNOW

To crown it all I have now been sent a letter telling me of my misappointment & copy to my Doctor

FOR THE APPOINTMENT I WAS NOT INFORMED OF

& NOW WHEN REQUESTING ANOTHER APPOINTMENT I HAVE BEEN

GIVEN 26th June due to other patients registering !!

154 days after my request

I feel I am being given the back hand punishment

for something I did not do !!

What is interesting the first mysterious appointment that they made for me but forgot to tell me was received for 15 days after my first query

The second requested on 12th February has been received for 26th June

be told I had been given
