I recently had to take my elderly mother to A&E. The kindness, care, manners, thoroughness of the staff cannot be praised highly enough.

We had to wait quite some time but as the waiting room was heaving, this did not come as a surprise.

You could not fault the staff in any way - they treated my mother with courtesy and respect and it was clear that they would not cut corners in her care. What fabulous staff!

Thank you for taking time to leave a review and I am sorry for the time taken to respond to you. Please pass my well wishes to your mother; I hope she is recovered from her need to attend our A&E Dept.

I agree with you, we are lucky to employ some fabulous staff; they work in one of the busiest area of the hospital and will be chuffed to know you found them to be thorough and courteous.
