"Dermatology Clinic/ worst in country"

I’ve been visiting dermatology clinic for a skin condition; took me much longer the maximum waiting time to be given an appointment in the first place. Then every time I got to see a different doctor there and had to explain everything from the beginning all over to each one of them and believe me none had had a glance at my records available to them! I decided to do a flowchart of different diognosis I received (which by itself is weird enough) and medications I used! Onece the doctor told me you need to come in more often like every three months, next time a doctor told me you need not to come very often like once in six months would be fine!

The reception is simply the worst in the whole UK I bet! The whole day you try to call and they don’t pick up, the last minutes of their working hours someone answers the phine with a had to understand accent and tells you the person in charge of appointments left and they can’t help you as everything is locked up until next day!

This is London?! Is this the NHS everyone was so proud of?! Does actually anyone ever monitor how things are being conducted there?! Big shame!
