I'm very disgusted how reception lady treat me today.19.02.2018. Very unprofessional. My partner called to order prescription and they haven't had them again in system
Every month same problem. Every month different excuse. Why???
The lady on phone refused to help her and start arguing with her.. and what is shocking she hanged up on my partner.. How rude?? I made complain about her to managment already because this is unacceptable. Never happens to me. They complain about people treat stuff bad but what about sick people which they need help and they treat you like some piece of ....I'm very laid back person and I never complain but it's too much even for me. We went even there to speak with doctor but unfortunately he was busy. Lady at reception was still arrogant... It's annoying how people can me arrogant...
My partner was really upset and she suffers with anxiety. Very stressful for me and her.
