"Worse hospital experience I've ever had"

What I liked

Would avoid at all costs. Arrived early for my appointment - no seating in the waiting rooms. Had to wait over and hour to be seen by the wrong doctor. Worst doctor I have ever seen. Ill mannered, failure to give correct information.

Complaints raised and pending the outcome.

I have serious doubts about the capabilities of the MidYorks NHS Trust to serve their service users. As a result I am going private as I don't believe these doctors work in the interests of their patients.

Choose and book - book somewhere else.

What could be improved

Waiting time. Availability of seating area. Running clinics as they should be and not doubling up. Having doctors that consult patients and don't just make assumptions on care. Failure to correctly supply follow up appointments resulting in diminished healthcare in service users.
