I always find it hard to get an appointment, sometimes you are waiting 20minutes before being connected to reception and then told there are no appointments left and to ring back tomorrow.

Today I managed to get in to see a Dr, after having my complaint for awhile and it being painful and gaining another worrying symptom, I thought I would go back with a suggestion to be tested for Crohn's disease because I have all the symptoms for the dr to turn round and said "but you a being treated for ibs and what you are saying sounds like that so do your research girl"

I was absolutely disgusted at being spoke to like that, so rude, I have gone back to the doctors because I am in pain and they are there to help to treat and make patients feel better! another trip wasted after being 30 minutes after my appointment to be seen for 2minutes!
