"Supportive and understanding"

About: Borders Community Services / East/West Community Mental Health Team

(as a relative),

Hannah from the Borders Community Psychiatric Health Team has been supporting my father for the past two years. During this time I have been impressed by the very positive experience. Hannah has been supportive and understanding without being patronising when dealing with my father. She has given me confidence in the professionalism she has displayed.

Dear romeosm74

First let me apologise for not responding sooner. Thank you for taking the time to provide some feedback for me. I wasnt sure if we had the correct community team. Regardless I am so please about the support your father has been receiving and that you as a relative have also benefited from the support your dad has had. I hope your father continues to make a recovery and that you also continue to be involved and supported from our services. Kind regards.
