"Mainly concerning the Medical Secretary, but..."

I have to say they have the best medical secretary/receptionist/personal assistant I have ever needed to get help through, in an NHS practice.

She has always answered my calls and often very quickly indeed.

She is always happy and will go to the enth degree to assist.

She listens and understands your needs and is just a perfect example of how we would all like the NHS to be.

Thank you so much.. I have also been very satisfied with my treatment.

I know Neurology has to work to guide lines, but I have felt listened to and understood.

My rating would have been even higher if my problem was solved, but it is still ongoing, no fault of Neurology though.
