I needed to attend a walk-in centre on saturday for an issue which couldn't wait until Monday & where I live means I could either go to The Beat or Old Swan relatively easily. As the bus route was more direct, I chose to go to The Beat however was dreading how long the wait might be with it being on a Saturday in the city centre.
On arrival, the waiting room was completely full so I was certain I'd have to wait a long time however I saw the triage nurse really quickly, followed by a clinical nurse shortly after so I was in & out with a prescription within 20 minutes.
My issue was fairly obvious so maybe this was why it was so quick but I was really pleased & thankful to the nursing team for their time & how quickly I was dealt with.
