About: Russells Hall Hospital / Clinical haematology

I went for a blood test at Russells hall hospital and has a person who gets very nervous about these sort of things, I found the lady who did it to be very reassuring (I have very small veins and need a baby needle) and friendly and explained every thing she was doing and even apologized for it taking a little longer to do because of the size of the needle. A credit to the department.
