"Location of PALS office"

About: Southend Hospital

I have been attending a course at the Macmillan centre having suffered cancer.

It’s a nice calm, relaxing place where you can have a chat and just a bit of extra tlc at certain times.

At least it was until the hospital sited the PALS office INSIDE the Macmillan centre.

What were they thinking of?

How can you do a mindfulness course and relaxation when some angry person is shouting the odds outside?

It has to be the most ridiculous piece of re-siting going.

I trust it will be looked into and a more suitable location found ASAP.

Macmillan’s good work is undone by angry people who really shouldn’t be in the area.
