About: Southend Hospital / Clinical haematology

Have always felt safe at this hospital and always been impressed with their care.

Not this time.

Don’t think it’s appropriate to say blood results confirm an incurable condition and then look surprised when the patient looks stunned.

Even worse they walk out of the room just after telling you they will get their secretary to send you a leaflet on the condition.

6 weeks later and I’m still waiting.

Worst experience I’ve ever had here.
